From elder fraud to money mules, this presentation will give you knowledge of different scams, warning signs, and tips you can use to help prevent falling victim to fraud scams.
Gary Hellmer, Supervisory Special Agent, FBI Tucson Resident Office
Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) Gary Hellmer is currently the SSA of the White Collar Crime squad for the FBI Phoenix Field Office, Tucson Resident Agency and has been in this capacity since 2016. Prior to this assignment, he held multiple SSA positions in the Cyber Division for FBI headquarters from 2013 to 2016. He was the team leader for the Covert Operations Audit squad for the Financial Division, Audit Unit from 2011 to 2013. He entered duty in 1998 and was assigned to the Miami Division, West Palm Resident Agency where he spent 13 years working white collar crime, civil rights, and public corruption cases.
