Chris Krueger, Board President

Graduated Citizens Academy Class of 2015

Christopher Krueger is a member of the Leadership Team at cStor, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ.  He leads an account management team that consults to private- and public-sector clients. Since joining cStor in 2004, he has held multiple roles in sales/marketing contributing to cStor’s continued growth in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and data center consulting.

Prior to cStor, Chris worked with Compuware. Before Compuware, Chris led a team for eFunds (now FIS Global) focusing on strategic relationships and initiatives for key international clients, with a focus on major financial institutions in Mexico.

Chris has been an active member of InfraGard since 2010, including serving on the Board of Directors until early 2018. In 2015, Chris graduated from the FBI Citizens Academy. He also participates in the Arizona Cyber Threat Response Alliance (ACTRA).

Chris graduated as the president of the English Honor Society from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. As a lifelong learner, Chris completed the Global Leadership Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ. Several years later, Chris completed the Strategy & Innovation Program at The MIT Sloan School of Management, in Cambridge, MA.

Lance Wilson, 2021 President-Elect

Lance R. Wilson is an experienced Chief Information Officer, Management Consultant and Executive Coach with over 30 years of experience.  As an executive leader, Lance has built upon his early academic training as a PhD in Sociology to provide deep insights into organizational design and effectiveness issues.  Lance has vast experience leading a global information services workforce and fostering effective teamwork with local and remote teams.  As an effective Chief Information Officer, Lance was instrumental in providing technology solutions to complex business issues across a wide variety of industries.

In retirement, Lance continues to mentor senior technology leaders to enhance their careers as both business executives and technology leaders.  Lance also volunteers with the Minneapolis St Paul Airport Police to identify and deter criminal activity around the MSP campus.

Dale Adams, 2021 Vice President-Elect

Working within the venue management and live event touring industry for over the past 40 years, Dale Adams has crafted one of the most unique and diverse industry portfolios around. Currently, Adams is the General Manager of the Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona while continuing to oversee all non-concert bookings and new product event development for ASM Global.

Dale began his career in the multi-venue Lakeland Center complex in Lakeland, Florida. He also held the title of Vice President and General Manager for such venues as the Pontchartrain Center (Kenner, LA) and the University of Massachusetts, Mullins Center (Amherst, MA).  Later he opened the18,000 seat Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico and then the 19,000 seat Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. 

Dale was also employed by Feld Entertainment as a Disney On Ice touring General Manager overseeing various ice show tours worldwide. In addition, Dale held a key role for Feld as the Director of North American Routing & Tours overseeing all touring and business operations for as many as 15 separate touring entities, including both Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus and Disney On Ice.  

Dale’s background also consists of experience as the lead Project Development Manager and Vice President for Leisure Management International, domestic and international, public assembly facility consulting and, in a separate stint, as the Senior Vice President of Booking for Premier Exhibitions.

Dale is a past President of Glendale Rotary, an Honorary Commander at Luke AFB, and a recent graduate of the Citizens Academy.  Dale also taught classes as an adjunct professor at the University of Massachusetts and, additionally, as an instructor and Regent at the IAVM School of Venue Management.  Adams is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management (1980).

Kristi Lee, Immediate Past President

Kristi has an extensive business background in marketing, retail, and business strategy with 35 years of experience in corporate America and private consulting. Previous corporate experience includes responsibility for product and marketing decisions for more than 2,300 Albertson's Food and Drug stores in 38 states, and negotiations with national brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, Maybelline and Revlon.

Kristi is a Sales Trainer for C-Level Executives, sales teams & entrepreneurs throughout the United States.  She specializes in helping individuals and corporate teams learn proven sales & networking systems to peak perform. In 2010, Kristi co-authored the book License To Dream – Every Woman’s Guide to Financial Freedom Through Network Marketing. She and her co-authors excel at teaching women how to step through limiting beliefs and build successful businesses.

Kristi was one of the Founders of ACEL (Asian Corporate & Entrepreneur Leaders), a non-profit organization dedicated to developing emerging leaders in Arizona.  She helped create the Professional Development and Mentorship programs as well as serving as Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for 4 years. She has served on the FBIPCAAA Board of Directors since 2016 and most recently as Board President from 2017 through 2018. In 2011, Kristi was the recipient of the Positively Powerful Woman Award for Non-Profit Leadership.

Hannellie Mendoza, VP Treasurer - treasurer@fbipcaaa.org

Hannellie’s professional expertise stems from over 25 years of experience working for small, medium and large organizations in the technology industry. She has served in various sales, marketing, research, finance and management roles, gaining deep and comprehensive understanding of business and management.

Hannellie has an Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Certificate in Accounting & Finance – three areas that give her a well rounded approach to managing projects and businesses.  

Hannellie is an active volunteer in various professional development and civic organizations, among them as Commissioner for the Scottsdale Human Relations Commission, Chair for the District 3 Toastmasters Speakers’ Bureau and Asian Corporate and Entrepreneur Leaders (ACEL).  Hannellie is an alumni of Scottsdale Leadership Class 30.

Michael Zimmer, Director Of Compliance

Michael Zimmer is the Director of Information Security Services at Northern Arizona University where he has worked since 1996 in a wide range of roles from Help Desk Support to Desktop Support to System Administrator.  His roles in Information Security officially began in 2013 and in 2017 was hired as the Director to fill the same role as a CISO. Information Security Services at Northern Arizona University includes a Security Operations Center, Information Assurance, Compliance, Risk, and Identity and Access Management.

Michael’s approach is very service-oriented and collaborative, and he looks for ways to build teams and establish strong relationships.  Michael has been a member of Educause, MS-ISAC, REN-ISAC, and InfraGard for a number of years, including presenting on Information Security topics at national Educause and Security Professionals Conferences.

Aaron is an Engineering Program Manager at Honeywell and exceeds at evaluating and implementing processes. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has a heart for giving back to the community.

Debbie Young, Director Alumni Events Team - events@fbipcaaa.org

Debbie graduated from the FBI Citizens Academy in 2008 and is a life-member of the Phoenix Chapter of the FBIPCAAA.  She joined the FBIPCAAA Board of Directors in 2018 and she is currently serving as the Events Director.

Debbie has 31+ years of Industrial Security experience working with various U.S. Government customers.  Prior to working with defense contractors, Debbie was in the U.S. Air Force assigned to the White House Communications Agency.

Debbie is currently the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) Phoenix Field Office.  She has been an NCMS, Inc., The Society for Industrial Security Professionals member for 27 years and is a founding member of the Valley of the Sun Chapter.  She served on the national Board of Directors for nine years in various roles to include Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Marketing & Publicity Chair, and Awards Chair.  She also served on the National Seminar Committee as Volunteers and Giveaways Chair and Entertainment Chair.

Adrienne Hughes, Director Alumni Events: Tucson

Graduated Citizens Academy Class of 2014

Adrienne has worked her entire career in the healthcare industry. Since graduating from the University of Maryland in 1972, she has worked in academic clinical medicine, managed care program development and consulting with area public health institutions. She retired with her husband to Tucson in 2007 and has become an avid golfer and desert gardener.

Adrienne has worked with the Academy since 2015 and is now looking forward to being part of the Phoenix Board.

Bao Hoang, Director Community Outreach

Bao Hoang was born and raised in Sioux City, IA.  He graduated from California State University Los Angeles and is currently in the Human Resources field at Sunfare; a gourmet food delivery service.  

Bao has been active with the community at large serving for over 5 years with groups such as the National Association of Asian American Professionals.  He has been volunteering with non-profit organizations around the valley for over 10 years.

Bao is also an active foodblogger on www.AzCulture.com under the name Bo Bites and publications like VietLifestyle Magazine.  He is currently a Yelp Elite Black Badge holder. 

K Royal, Director Community Outreach

K Royal is an attorney and compliance professional with 25 years of experience in the legal and health-related fields, which provides her a thorough perspective when implementing or overseeing programs globally. She has a particular interest in technology along with its challenges and opportunities. She is skilled in privacy laws, breach management, compliance, training, and program development. As an adjunct professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, she is helping to energize our newest professionals and is also in the dissertation phase of her PhD in Public Affairs.

As an attorney, she has been recognized as a Forty-under-40 honoree for Phoenix, as an educational leader through the YWCA, one of the top pro bono attorneys in Arizona, Member of the Year for the Association of Corporate Counsel (43k members globally), and most recently named an Outstanding Women in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal. She received her law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, her nursing degree from the University of West Alabama, and is in the dissertation phase of her PhD from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Her areas of work mainly center around privacy and health care regulatory law, while her personal loves are civic education, youth outreach, diversity initiatives, and leadership training.

Rodney Wacker, Director Marketing & Sponsorship

As the owner of Celestial Care, Rodney is responsible for the overall operations of the company. Working with a highly dedicated and professional team, Celestial Care is proud to be recognized as both a “Provider of Choice” and “Employer of Choice” in the home care industry. Prior to Celestial Care, Rodney was a consultant with Management Action Programs for 18 years. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Arizona in 1973, Rodney worked in public accounting as a CPA for Coopers & Lybrand and then as a vice president for Arizona Industrial Machinery. He is a current member and past president of Executives Association of Greater Phoenix and has served on various not-for-profit boards in his career.

Tracy Outlaw, Director

Graduated Citizens Academy Class of 2015

Having worked in industries ranging from the United States Federal Government to international Non-Governmental Organizations in Africa and Asia for nearly fourteen years, Tracy has had the unique opportunity to use her experiences in various companies and diverse environments. She moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2013 and is currently an HR Recruiter for Terros Health, a nonprofit, integrated care provider with specialization in medical care, trauma-informed mental health and addiction recovery. In her spare time, she is a volunteer for the USO, a private organization which strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation. Through the Corporation for National & Community Service, Points of Light, she received the President’s Volunteer Service Award (Bronze level) which acknowledges her support for our Nation and the local community. Tracy completed the Citizens Academy in 2015, is honored to join other Alumni on the Board of Directors and to be of service to the FBIPCAAA community.

Mara Thill, Director

Graduated Citizens Academy Class of 2018

Mara is the Chief of Staff for the office of Ambassador Barbara Barrett (Former U.S. Ambassador to Finland) and Dr. Craig Barrett (Former CEO and Chairman of Intel Corporation). Mara has held leadership positions for more than 25 years in event management with a focus on Trade Shows and Corporate Events around the world. She opened the first US/Mexico Trade Show registration company in Mexico and later added a translation services company to supply language support for American exhibitors in Mexico. She is an avid supporter of education and community outreach and enjoys volunteer work at BASIS Charter Schools, The Sandra Day O’Connor Institute, The Bush Center, The Smithsonian Institution among others.

Mara graduated from Anahuac University in Mexico City with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Hospitality and also holds an Executive Education certificate from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
