About the FBIPCAAA

Graduates of the FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy are eligible to become members of the FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy Alumni Association (the "FBIPCAAA".) Members of the FBIPCAAA are eligible to participate in Annual Programs including: FBI HQ / FBI Academy at Quantico Tour, Continuing Education and other Events. Membership Information is available on the FBIPCAAA page.

The FBIPCAAA is a non profit organization separate and apart from the FBI.


The FBIPCAAA is a private Arizona not-for-profit corporation. The organization is tax exempt as provided under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Board of Directors has adopted a Strategic Plan for 2023 focused on three strategies:

  • Strategy 1: Actively support the FBI’s Community Outreach programs
  • Strategy 2: Increase the FBIPCAAA’s Membership Retention and Involvement
  • Strategy 3: Provide continuing education for our Alumni through workshops, tours, and presentations


These three strategies are extended into key objectives adopted each year by the Board of Directors and signed in an MOA with the FBI Phoenix SAC.

The FBIPCAAA's mission is to actively support the Community Outreach efforts of the Phoenix Field Office. Current Outreach Programs include:

  • Internet Crimes against Children
  • Internet Safety / Sexual Predator Initiative
  • Elder Fraud
  • Teen Academy
  • Support for Local Homeless Children
  • Service at Local Food Banks
  • Support for Native American School Children
  • Continuing  Education Programs for Law Enforcement Officers
  • And many other local community outreach programs in Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff
